This is something for my Platte County Pachyderm friends to the west of us.

Special Guest at the Platte County Pachyderm Club’s August 6th Forum  A National Pachyderm Board of Directors member will attend First Thursday’s forum. Mr. John Wiemann, National Board member and Missouri State Director, will meet and greet residents from 7 P.M. until 8 P.M. in O’Dowd’s Guinness Room.  Following the regular program, John makes himself available to answer questions concerning National Pachyderm organization, future development, and general political opportunities.

Mr. Wiemann personally knew Pachyderm Club Founder, George Parker, since he was 18. In his work with clubs, he coordinated directly to Mr. Parker, Executive Director. He, also, was a member of the Columbia Pachyderm Club, 1989-1994, served as Treasurer 1990-92, and past President of the St. Louis County Pachyderm Club, 2004.  He founded Lewis & Clark Pachyderm Club in West St. Charles County, 2006-Present. He has been active in the Republican Party since 1984.
 
In his professional career, Mr. Wiemann has fourteen years of combined management and sales experience in the insurance and healthcare industry. He brings a proven track record in business development, management, marketing, and strategic planning.
 
The 7 P.M. special “meet and greet” venue is open to the public without a charge, O’Dowd’s will provide a cash bar and food service for attendees.
 
08/06/09: Attend the Platte County Pachyderm meetings each First Thursday of each month at O’Dowd’s in Zona Rosa Shopping Center. Gathering begins at 5:30 PM in the Guinness Room, 8600 NW Prairie View Rd.
